The program
CWC Capital operates a text messaging program for Suds Station Laundromat (the "Program"). Suds Station Laundromat, the consumer-facing brand operated by CWC Capital, sends promotional text messages, such as offers, discounts, and store news, to laundromat customers who ticked its marketing consent checkbox. This consent is used for marketing messages only and is never used to send account, service, or transactional messages.
